RIHANNA HOSPITALISED

Rihanna was hospitalized following the Met Costume Institute Gala on Monday night. The Barbadian singer herself confirmed the news on Twitter, after a fan noted that the star had been unusually absent from her site Tuesday.

Rihanna responded with a photo of her arm, hooked into an IV. The photo revealed that the pop star was in a hospital bed. Rihanna had been rushed to a New York City hospital following a night of partying after the gala. The site claims that the star was treated for “exhaustion” and “dehydration”. We tend to hear that a lot…is that Hollywood code for something more serious!  It was reported that the star was released after a short stay and was cleared to fly back home to Los Angeles.

Rihanna has complained of not feeling well ever since her appearance on “Saturday Night Live.” On Sunday she tweeted, “Seriously, I’m sick! Don’t wake me up for dumb *%$&  like that.” However, she stunned the next night at the Met Gala in a sleek, Tom Ford black leather gown embossed with an alligator print.

While Rihanna may just be suffering from a bout of sickness, some are worried that the star’s partying has gotten out of control. Last week, she posted photos of herself dancing with strippers and showering them with dollar bills. The star tweeted with the shocking images, “Best stress reliever= $tripper$.”
