The laughing exercises are short and silly- 20 to 40 seconds at a time per one hour class. Humour can definitely boost the immune system and lower the blood pressure…..even 10-15 minutes of laughter a day can make the world of difference…….and the best is, your body evidently can’t differentiate between pretend and genuine laughter!
