Biggest lie from Groupon…….a laser operated by a battery? Who has heard of that? The best professional whitening pens can only give you 1-2 shades…and that’s from a dentist! I do a large amount of LEGAL tooth whitening, and there is no way you would get anything up to 8 shades with something other than eg. BriteSmile in office tooth whitening.
Over the counter products would never sell for over R2000…that is the cost of professional take home whitening…..and it is sad after numerous emails back and forth to Groupon that they still feel that money comes before ripping people off and totally misleading the public into opening their wallets. If you read the weekend paper in Cape Town you would have noticed that Groupon is bankrupting many businesses by offering false information on products and selling way too many offers too….a woman selling cakes recently had to throw away a full year’s profit and employ a great deal more people just to fulfill the number of deals sold via Groupon.
